A very happy birthday to Batesville, Arkansas native Mark Martin, who turns 51 years old today. As regular readers of this blog know, Mark Martin is the man when it comes to NASCAR racing, and today we step back from racing to celebrate his birthday.
In my many years of watching NASCAR it’s always been fun to follow Mark Martin—no matter what his car number, what his sponsor, or where he finishes. Mark Martin is the definition of class and integrity in NASCAR.
