Further explanation on Jimmie Johnson's pass

Jay Hart of Yahoo! Sports put up a video today explaining how Jimmie Johnson's last-lap, last-second pass of Mark Martin and Jeff Gordon was legal by the NASCAR rule book. There has been a lot of debate amongst fans and media types about it.

But since I'm not good at explaining it, I'll just let Jay Hart do so.
